The MPA at ODU prepares students for careers as professionals in public service and provides students who have considerable experience in the public sector an opportunity to enhance their professional knowledge, skills and abilities, enabling them to advance their careers.
Our graduates hold positions as city managers, program planners, policy analysts, and managers in federal, 状态, and local agencies, as well as non-profit agencies.
Students have the opportunity to specialize in areas like Non-Profit Management and Governance, and Multi-Sector Public 服务, while earning 研究生 Certificates in Public Procurement and Contract Management, 女性's Studies, Social Justice & Entrepreneurship, or Business Analytics and Big Data.
