Stay forever fit! Engaging in regular exercise will allow you to enjoy the retirement years with healthy and independent living. As we get older, many of us lose muscular strength and overall fitness. This makes us prone to falls and injuries and increases our liklihood to having chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes and osteoporosis.

But it doesn't have to be that way! Exercise slows the many effects of aging that can result from being inactive. No matter what your current age, your cardiovascular health, muscular strength and endurance, 灵活性, and balance can be improved!

永远健康 provides supervised exercise activities including treadmill walking, stationary bicycling, 划船, strength training, 灵活性 exercises, and balance training.

Participants must be in relatively good health and have no discernable signs or symptoms of cardiopulmonary, 肾, or metabolic disease. Physician approval with a signed medical clearance form and a complete medical history is required to participate in the program.

A separate program for those with these conditions, T.E.M.P.O., is available at the 健康 Institute and 研究 Center.

费用: $25.00 /月

Supervised sessions are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00-11:00 am. Classes are located in room 1006 (WIRC) in the Student 娱乐 Center.
