Breathe Strong - An Introduction to SKY, Breath and Meditation. Dr. Sharan Asundi, an assistant professor in the Department of Mechanical & 航空航天工程, will lead a workshop on SKY (Sudarshan Kriya Yoga), a breathing-based meditation that can help ease stress and anxiety.
